Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes Barre, PA: The practice, a regional referral center for management of complex gastrointestinal disease, currently consists of 6 gastroenterologists, and 3 advanced practitioners. The staff are actively involved in teaching programs including an integrated Gastroenterology fellowship, as well as General Surgery and Family Practice residencies. Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA: Facilities include a state-of-the-art 10 room endoscopy suite and motility lab. Become part of a closely integrated department comprised of more than 23 gastroenterologists, 3 hepatologists and 10 fellows with some of the best resources available for academic and clinical practice. Call is equally shared and averages 4 weeks per year. Transplant Hepatology and our fellowship programs in Gastroenterology and Advanced Endoscopy are located at Geisinger Medical Center.
