Private group in a community hospital in Atlanta, GA has an opening for a Cytotechnologist. Responsibilities include the screening and interpretation of non-gyn cytology specimens. Candidate will also be expected to assist Pathologists with on-site evaluations of EUS, EBUS, CT and Ultrasound guided aspirates/core biopsies.
Candidates will be required to provide assistance with cytology based statistics and procedure manual modifications. Must possess good communication skills and be able to work independently in a changing environment.
Salary is negotiable based on education and experience.
Must be CT (ASCP) or SCT (ASCP) registered. Bachelor's degree required.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
