Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Department of Medicine/Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology seeks applicants for a fourth year advanced endoscopy fellowship dedicated to endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP beginning July 1, 2019. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity to perform more than 500 procedures including EUS with FNA & FNI, balloon-enteroscopy, advanced ERCP techniques, including intraductal ultrasound, cholangioscopy, hydraulic lithotripsy, endoscopic mucosal resection, cystgastrostomy, and luminal stenting. Besides clinical training, applicant is also expected to pursue scholarly activities involving participation in multidisciplinary conferences, research projects related to endoscopic techniques, outcomes, etc.
Minimum Requirements: 1) must be board certified in Internal Medicine by date of hire; 2) applicants are required to complete a formal three year ACGME accredited gastroenterology fellowship by date of hire; and 3) must be eligible to work in US.
