Fremont/San Leandro (Pulmonary/Critical Care & Sleep): Physicians share ICU call one week per four. Hospitalist and Intensivist coverage and admitting support for weekends/holidays/after-hours some days. Sleep lab/study interpretation 10%.
Fremont/San Leandro (Pulmonary/Critical Care): Sleep optional. Seeking critical care specialists, preferably those who have pulmonary and critical care experience, and who are strong, flexible, collegial and have a strong work ethic. Our current model for critical care is a week on, a week off, 8 hours a day, which lends itself to 6/10 FTE position, but if you do expand the coverage asked to cover 12 hours in the ICU, then we may be able to offer a full-time position with a week on, week off model as well.
Fresno (Pulmonary/Critical Care): Join 3 other pulmonary critical care providers on Critical Care Unit coverage; 12-bed Med Surg ICU; patient mix includes post craniotomy and acute intracerebral hemorrhage; the ICU is staffed with an intensivist present from 8 AM to 6 PM, 7 days per week; evening coverage and admission by hospitalists.
San Francisco (Pulmonary/Critical Care & Sleep): Some combination of experience in these fields is beneficial. The position would be 60%-80% outpatient and inpatient pulmonary consultation. It is possible that an additional 20%-40% practice could include either Critical Care and/or Sleep Medicine. San Francisco Kaiser Medical Center is a teaching facility with a robust medical house staff training program as well as a Cardiology Fellowship program and Fellowships in Oncology and Gastroenterology that will soon be operational.

About The Permanente Medical Group, Inc (Kaiser Permanente Northern California)
Setting standards from the start
In 1948, seven physicians got together to create a new kind of medical group, one that focused on collaboration, put the patient at its core and provided a truly integrated health care delivery system. The result was a practice and approach that grew to become a gold standard in healthcare: The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG).
More than 60 years later and over 7,000 physicians strong, TPMG and its integrated health care delivery model continue to forge new territory in medicine. As the quality leader in our industry, we help over 3.2 million members throughout Northern and Central California live healthier, happier lives. And we do the same for our physicians.
