The Outpatient Endoscopy Center performs a wide range of endoscopic procedures that allow both diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. The Registered Nurse will work cooperatively with staff and physicians to perform a variety of tasks. The RN is responsible for care of the patient during endoscopy procedures and through coordination and information sharing of both pre- and post-procedure care. The nurse will help prepare procedure room prior to each procedure and assist the physician during the procedure.The Clinic Nurse is a Registered Nurse that has mastered more advanced technical and organizational nursing skills.
