We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Endocrinologist with experience in gender affirming care for youth to join our well-established and expanding clinical practices in Endocrinology and Gender Health. This position will be split 50/50 between the two programs.

Our interdisciplinary Endocrinology team consists of 9 pediatric endocrinologists and 9 pediatric nurse practitioners. The endocrine clinic is supported by a team of certified diabetes nurse educators, dedicated endocrine nurses, social work and psychology. Our integrated and interdisciplinary Gender Health team consists of pediatrics, adolescent health and endocrinology as well as psychology, psychiatry and social work and is supported by a dedicated nurse and clinical case coordinator.

Applicants will participate in inpatient and outpatient care, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and the teaching of students and residents. Opportunities for research also exist.

• Must have an MD or DO and a current Minnesota Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
• BC/BE in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Ability to be successfully credentialed by both Hospital and 3rd Party Payers.
• Previous fellowship related training or relevant work experience in providing gender affirming care for children and adolescents
• Demonstrated history of positive relations with colleagues, support staff, administrators, patients and families.
• Demonstrated history of working well with diverse populations of patients, including the LGBTQ+ community.
