Come join our team.Job Summary:The Bariatric Dietitian provides Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to individuals for nutrition-related problems and preventive health measures as they apply to bariatric surgery and adult weight loss. Primary responsibilities include: assessing and monitoring the nutritional health of bariatric patients, developing and implementing individualized nutrition care plans, providing nutrition counseling for individuals, families, and groups, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary health care team to facilitate continuity of care at home and in the communit
