DescriptionA Clinical Care Partner is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides support to the GI Team maintaining inventory to include chart supplies, patient educational supplies, and daily unit supplies. Performs basic patient care skills, follows infection control practices, assist in transfers and transport patients before and after procedures, cleans gurneys and prepares gurneys.
