Welcome to Inductience, P.C..  We are the only physician owned and operated locums organization, initially specializing in anesthesiology but now growing into gastroenterology and hospital medicine.  Our 60+ clinicians provide professional staffing support to over 25 hospitals and ambulatory facilities in Southern New England and Westchester County New York.  Being clinicians, we understand the experiences, interests and preferences of other clinicians. As such, "best fits" can be quickly and reliably created between our clinician team members and various health care facilities needing their services.

Our current client is a small community hospital in Central Massachusetts near Springfield, and is a member of a larger hospital organization.  

This client needs a gastroenterologist to provide healthy outpatient screening colonoscopies on a Monday through Thursday basis with no nights/weekends/call/inpatient coverage/office work.  Their system has a queue of over 5,000 patients in need of screening colonoscopy which needs to be managed.  All follow up care is provided by the larger health system's GI resources.

This is a locum tenens position which can last for up to one year.  The physician can schedule weeks off at their discretion with adequate scheduling notice.

Compensation is $400 per hour.  Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage is provided.  Reasonable travel, lodging and car rental expenses are covered.  Payroll is biweekly. 

Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology

D.O. degree is fine
