Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC GI Hospitalist to join our Gastroenterology Department in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

 

• PRN position
• Join a team of 2 GI Hospitalists, 7 Outpatient Gastroenterologists, and 12 APPs
• Carle Foundation Hospital and the Carle Cancer Institute are adjacent to the Digestive Health Center
• 7 on 7 off schedule
• Call is split with other GI Hospitalists
• 5 APPs assist with inpatient rounding
• Ability to perform outpatient procedures in a new state-of-the-art, 10-suite Digestive Health Center
• Dedicated Interventional GI support
• Enjoy individual clinical autonomy combined with the efficiency of a financially-sound and innovative multispecialty group practice
• Carle participates in digestive clinical trials and is one of six facilities in IL to perform double balloon enteroscopies
• Excellent and experienced nursing staff
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation?s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $166.67 - $166.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
