Advanced Endoscopist

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA

The Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a 743-bed, major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, seeks to hire a Therapeutic Endoscopist at the Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level with advanced fellowship training to join a 50-member academic faculty practice. Special considerations will be given to applicants who will advance our endoscopic care of cancer patients, with a particular focus on ESD techniques, third-space endoscopy, and pancreaticobiliary endoscopy. 

In addition to contributing to a very busy referral practice at the BIDMC Center for Advanced Endoscopy, with regional, national, and international referrals, supervision of GI fellows and student/resident research supervision will be required. 

An academic teaching appointment at Harvard Medical School (HMS) will be commensurate with experience.
