Summa Health is seeking a board certified/board eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing team. Possible Medical Directorship available to those who qualify.

The selected physician will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ physicians employed by Summa Health. Summa Health – headquartered in Akron, Ohio – is one of the largest integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in the state. With 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa Health provides access to care throughout the region.

• Office & Endoscopy Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p, 4 weeks inpatient service per year

• Endoscopy suite directly below clinic
• Robust imaging on site
• Direct scheduling of colonoscopy
• Academic appointment available through NEOMED
• Epic System’s EMR

Provider Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Unrestricted Ohio License or willingness to obtain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment
