Description Registered Nurse, Charge - GI Endo Lab Requisition 2204861 Your Role: The Charge Nurse is assigned to a designated clinical area to assist in assuring a patient/family focused environment. Works under the direction of the Manager/ Supervisor to develop, implement and evaluate systems that promote cost effective, quality patient care. The Registered Nurse, Charge is a frontline member of the leadership team. Department Summary: The department consists of procedure rooms, preoperative holding rooms, a post anesthesia care unit, pre-admission assessment and testing clinic and a postoperative recovery area. There are 19 beds, 12 of which are fully equipped procedural rooms.
